Description

Each employee must have the following qualifications to be considered acceptable:



· All employees will be required to work forty (40) hours per week, and must be available to work each Monday through Friday for their designated shift at their designated location. Description of required shifts is found in the Scope of Work section above



· Employees must present a neat appearance and follow generally accepted practices of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness



· Each employee will be responsible for general housekeeping duties including but not limited to:



o Cleaning glass windows and mirrors in patients rooms

o Cleaning sinks and pipes

o Washing beds (bed frames, rails, and mattresses)

o Cleaning and sanitizing toilets

o Washing base boards of walls

o Moving tables and chairs from one location to another for hospital events

o Cleaning and disinfecting common areas

o Dusting in assigned areas

o Mopping

o Vacuuming

o Trash removal

o Other duties as assigned



· Employee will be responsible for correctly using cleaning supplies that will be provided by the facility



· Each employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment issued by the facility for the duration of each shift
